Other potentially relevant consultants include a Quantity Surveyor to conduct a project cost estimate, a Services Engineer and a Party Wall Surveyor.
Shirin Alavi Architects can advise on which consultants will need to be appointed and at which stage in the project. We can assist in sourcing quotations, confirm the basis of agreements and define the consultants’ scope of services. We provide consultants with the necessary information on which they can base their work. Consultants are to be paid by the client directly and each will use their own standard form of appointment.
